Lately, I have been real busy, but finally got 2 weeks off! Even so, I have been trying multiple products for you guys. Mario Badescu, YBF, Nars and Erno Laszlo goodies…to name a few.

My recent craze has been MB Enzyme Cleansing Gel. I’ve been using it, once in the morning and once at night for the past month, yet, I saw a difference within the first week. My husband said, Why does your face look so clear? The first thing I thought was “Dang, was it that bad before?” I would like to think, not.
The green gel comes in a plastic bottle and you get a good amount of it (8oz). I still have half a bottle left and it’s been over 2 months. The cleanser like some MB products is non-foaming and has a nice clean scent to it. Seeing as I like foaming cleansers, I use a face brush w/ the gel so I can feel something happening. So, I just really work the gel into my skin, not harshly.
According to the bottle, the gel is for all skin types and thoroughly removes make up and debris. Well, I have not been using the gel as my main cleanser. I remove my make up first and then I work the gel in. You know, trying to Benefit from the Alpha Hydroxy Acid. That being said, don’t use this product if you are allergic to AHA.
List of ingredients:
Deionized Water, Glycerin, Papaya extract, Grapefruit extract, Monomide, Triethanolamine, Methylparaben.
Conclusion:
The gel helped clear up my skin…of this my husband is proof, LOL! Guess, we all have bad skin at times. I have not had any reaction to this product, but you know every ones skin is different. If you don’t like non-foaming cleansers and are allergic to AHA I wouldn’t recommend this product for you. A small amount of gel is needed to work it into the skin, but if you are gel happy and like to over use product…go with the 16 oz bottle.
If you are a MB fan, you’ll be glad to know MB is now available at some Ulta stores. Much nicer than having to order online all the time. Here’s a press link:Click
