My Visit to MAC and Couple Swatches

redminer.jpg

I headed out to the MAC store this morning to see the new collection. For some reason I was not wowed by most of the collection. The first items I ran to were the beauty powders.  The beauty powders were my favorite part of the MAC Red She Said collection. I picked up Stark Naked, which I thought looked best on me. The beauty powders are so smooth and soft…I had to pick up at least one. Maybe i’ll go back for Enough Said to use as a mild contour. By the way according to the  the SA’ s the dazzleglass are being made permanent, so I decided to save my money for upcoming collections. I want the  red makeup brushes, for traveling. :)

Stark naked is mauve with small golden specs.

The Mineralize eyeshadow (trio) were so messy. Well at least the ones with the silver stripe down the center. We are talking big, chunky pieces all over the place. Used wet or not…I just had to pass. If anything I may go back for inter-view (love the copper color) and threesome (love the pink).

From the MAC Sheer Minerals collection I picked up one MSF (soft and gentle). It goes on so smooth and soft… I just loved it. Ceylon MSF was a pretty bronzey color, but I didn’t see myself using it and petticoat was no where to be found. The MAC store did not get all the Sheer Minerals collection in. :(  I will have to make another trip.

Soft and Gentle is a soft golden peach.

I love the stark naked blush as well as it makes the skin look so glowy and flushed. It’s good to hear your review on it!
