I wanted to do some blogging last night, when we got hit with a crazy storm. My apartment complex had fallen trees all over the place. I took a few pics to show you guys how crazy it was. It is nothing insane like Katrina, but lasted only a few hrs and managed to unearth trees all over the place. People had their cars crushed by trees, while lucky me just got blocked out of my mailbox and was powerless until sometime in the am. Feels weird going outside and seeing trees everywhere and tree trimming trucks all over the place. The police blocked some of the roads, so I have to go around to get into my apartment.
On a better note, the weather appears to be back to normal and I managed to go out this morning and wax my eyebrows and get a new hair cut. I’ll post some pics just for fun later. I have to catch up on some homework that I was unable to read last night. (No power.)
