Lauren Conrad’s Do Anywhere Workout

“In the seven months that celeb trainer Jarett Del Bene has been working with Lauren Conrad, she’s dropped body fat, firmed up, and discovered just how energizing it is to finish a challenging routine.”

The plan:
Do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps of each move in order 2 or 3 times a week. Rest for 30 seconds between sets.
You’ll need: a handled resistance tube, a resistance band, and a mat (optional).
