Victoria’s Secret is being sued over a bra design, by a women who mailed them a mock up of her bra. Her design calls for a strip of fabric loops along the top of the cups and torso band so straps can be detached and reattached in different ways and hidden under garments. “Now VS is selling a 100 way convertible bra with 3 sets of straps that hook eyelets to be worn 100 ways.” VS had set up a meeting with the woman, before changing their mind about using the bra. Sounds like they waited a few years hoping they could get away with it or is it a coincidence? What do you guys think?
