Here’s an eyeliner tip for you guys. I usually carry an eyelash curler, Dr. Pepper lip balm and white and black eyeliner. I do not carry mascara , because I will forget about it. I do not apply mascara when I am running around usually. So here is what I do when I rush out the door and all of a sudden need to go somewhere else and do not want to look all bummed out.
1)Line the top of the eye with black eye liner.
2)Smudge it out to give it a smoky look.
3)Line the top of the eyes one more time.
4)Line the waterline.
5)Now, take the white eyeliner and use it to highlight the brow bone and inner corner of the eye. (get a soft one with shimmer.)
6)Curl lashes (remember to walk them up for a sexier look.)
7)If you have mascara, put some on.
8)Add lip balm in Dr. Pepper for a “lollipop red lip look.- or what you prefer.
** Use a color eyeliner or one with some sparkle for a nicer look.
