Mario Badescu’s drying lotion is what I like to call “The Pimple Killer.” This stuff works! The lotion is a blend of calamine and salicylic acid, said to clear up whiteheads overnight. Well it’s true, it clears up whiteheads and in my case upcoming pimples. The lotion gets rid of pimples overnight or almost gets rid of them. You might notice a small red spot the next day, if the pimple is not all gone. Just reapply the lotion again that night and it is gone by the next day. keep in mind that this stuff is pretty strong, which is emphasized on the smell (strong smell). I give it 1-3 days to kill pimples. Typically, takes 1-2 days. 
I definitely recommend it.
How to use the drying lotion:
First of all don’t shake the bottle. The ingredients are not to be mixed. All you do is take a q-tip and drive it down the bottle, until you get into the pink stuff (calamine). Pull the q-tip straight up and out. Now, apply to those unsightly spots and wait until morning.
Mario Badescu does have some great products, but again, it all depends on your skin type. You can email them and send them a picture of your face as well and they will recommend what products they believe will best work for you and how to use them. That’s what a company is all about. I to have seen the drying lotion misued though. People shake the bottle then use it which is not the correct way. There is a forum at: Discounts blog that tells you how to use it. It also gives you a 15% discount on there also. Another great thing about this product is you can use it for Mosquito bits. It takes the itch right out. You can use it just like you use it as a spot treatment.
